roadmap for a new product/service line or software application, or to dramatically improve an existing roadmap.
Once researched, we'll turn it into a polished and defensible execution plan including key milestones, product/service/application
capabilities, features, schedules, costs, staffing, launch dates,
and competitive positioning analysis.
We'll create Gannt charts, timelines, and product/service/application specifications in support of executing the roadmap.

- Feature analysis and recommendations, pricing analysis, product line roadmaps and timelines
- Feature matrix, product requirements documents, internal presentation materials, product design specifications
- Occasionally, working site for "proof of concept" implementation, prototype application scripts, designs.
EXAMPLE - PRODUCT LINE STRATEGY PROJECT:
A $150M Nasdaq traded OEM's Board engaged us to analyze
their product line's competitive positioning, their feature set and
product evolution roadmap which was being presented to customers and
channel partners. We looked at competing products from a number of different perspectives, and conducted informal
discussions with their direct sales team and channel partners, We
presented our findings and summary recommendations to the management
team. We were then asked to present it to the board, and went on to
develop a strategy to redirect product development. This client merged
with another company six months later, in part because of the stronger,
more market-focused product line roadmap which we helped them to create
and put into place.
