    EXAMPLE 1 - TURNAROUND SITUATION:

    $250M networking product OEM contracted us to analyze a troubled product line. We developed a turnaround plan that resulted in a successful next-generation product development and launch, based around their existing core technology.

     

    EXAMPLE 2 - TURNAROUND SITUATION:
    Bell Consulting was called in by the newly appointed turnaround CEO of a struggling Telecom software company.Our subsequent intense engagement with the ceo and his new management team, meeting in Southern California at 7:00am on Sunday's over an eight week period, resulted in our detailed set of recommendation to develop a family of edge router access devices in order to leverage their core routing technology more successfully. The company was sold four months later, largely based upon the strength of the new product portfolio.
